👀 What an owner notices

What caught my eye as someone who runs restaurants: the pot comes out with the lid on and goes straight onto the table burner, so the boil happens right in front of you 🔥. Inside it's bright, with wooden tables and green chairs 🪑

💡 Tip for visitors

Hold off on the ladle until the lid is off and the cheese has started melting into the middle 🧀. The sign out front spells 의정부 부대찌개 in big, colorful letters, so it's easy to spot from the street 🔎

🎬 One scene

The lid lifts and there it is: red broth bubbling hard around cheese going soft in the center 🍲. A ladle comes up with ham, a chunk of minced meat and kimchi, and a small pot of white rice waits at the side 🍚
