📍 Where
Rimini, an Italian restaurant brand run by E-Land Eats, is where I go for pasta near Seoul Express Bus Terminal. Express Bus Terminal Station is on subway Lines 3, 7 and 9. Before you go, search for Rimini near the Express Bus Terminal in your map app to check the location and current menu. 📍
🍽️ What I ordered
I ordered the carbonara. 🍝 The meal began with oven-baked bread before the pasta, and on this visit I could refill my drinks without a limit. Rimini's brand website advertises a weekday-lunch offer with unlimited salad, bread and drinks but doesn't say which branches it covers, so check the current conditions when you order.
👀 Visit impressions
I keep coming back here when I'm near the terminal because I've been happy with the food. In my photos the carbonara sauce is cream-coloured and clings to the noodles, and in the clip a fork twists them up off the plate. There can be a wait, so check the queue when you arrive. 🍽️
