I think this is not a place where tourists would visit. I did a search for good tteokbokki and found this place. It could be quite challenging to visit this place if you don't understand Korean because menu is not in English and the ajummas don't speak English.

Top 5 떡볶이 in Seoul, they were in TV show as best 떡뽁이 in Seoul. Aware of long wait but worth the wait. Very cheap but still good food.
