Sohojung serves Andong guksi, a northern Gyeongsang style of hand-rolled wheat noodle cut very thin and served in a clear beef broth. The Gangnam branch sits on the second floor of a building opposite Samsung Town by Gangnam Station and turns tables quickly at lunch. From spring to autumn the kitchen also grinds its own soybeans for kongguksu.
